I received yesterday this sweet ass cover design, created by the talented Elita Maalouf. And I have to say, I am extremely pleased with the result.

I think it looks badass.

My manuscript is currently going through the process of copy editing and soon, friends, we’ll be entering the final stages of this crazy venture.

A venture that started once upon a time (birds aflutter) when I pulled my groin muscle (birds no longer aflutter) and was stuck for a few weeks at home. After binge watching Netflix for a day, I was already bored out of my ass (sitting all day makes for one cramped buttocks). So I grabbed my computer and decided to write down a quick point-form rough draft of that story I’d been mulling over for the past few months. That one with the renegades and sky-roaming pirates.

Fast forward a few years, through work and life, and here we are, friends. Almost at the finish line.

Gratitude for everyone’s support, you’re the best lasses and lads out there.
